Turns out a threaded piece was damaged and after looking for a replacement I need to replace the faucet. Bummer. He charged me a fair price for coming out and fixing the handle, and a good price on installing a new faucet if I had to. Once the parts are in I look forward to working with Richard again to finish up this bathroom. He was on time, courteous and fair - and gave me a lot of good advice and info on the repairs as most things I would do myself if I can. If I can't though, I'll call him again definitely.
